At Black Dog Graphix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we kindly ask that you read our return/exchange policy before placing your order. The items offered in our storefront are made-to-order, which means we start with an undecorated garment in your selected size and color, then customize it through embroidery or printing. Once an item has been decorated, we are unable to return it to our garment suppliers.
Please note that there are several resources available to help you choose the right options while shopping:
- Refer to the product “spec sheet”, which is available on the product listings, to ensure you will order the correct size.

If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below:
- We accept returns and exchanges only for items that are unworn, and unwashed, and in their original condition (free of odors or damage).
- Returns / exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and sent back to 1588 Santa Ana Ave, Sacramento, CA 95838.
- All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, or a quality issue, we will provide a prepaid label and replace the item(s).
- For any other returns a 50% restocking fee will apply, and returning the items will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Please send an email to sales@blackdoggraphix.com letting us know about the issue so we can assist with your return.
- After your items have been returned, you will receive a refund via your original form of payment for 50% of the cost of the returned item(s) and sales tax.
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- If you are making an exchange for another item or size, you may pay for the new item with credit card or store credit. Or you may use credit from your return once the return has been received and processed.
